What will you be doing? You will be responsible for keeping our machine running and ensuring that all incoming shipments are properly sorted. You’ll also make sure that outgoing shipments are well-prepared and set up. In practice, this means:

• Loading and unloading pallets on or off the sorting machine.
• Troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues.
• Keeping the sorting machine and its immediate surroundings clean.

Initially, you will work during the day shift, but afterwards, you will transition to a 2-shift schedule (between 06:00 and 23:00). You will work closely with a direct colleague to ensure that we meet our daily targets and maintain sufficient stock levels. When additional stock is needed, you are willing to occasionally work on Saturdays.

What do we require?

• MBO level of education or equivalent, preferably in a technical or logistics field.
• A valid forklift certificate.
• Experience with PLC-controlled machines is a plus.
• Good command of the English language.
• Problem-solving skills, strong communication, social, and helpful.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule.
• You live in Oss or surrounding area +/- 15km.
